Work of OSCE Minsk Group (MG) on peaceful settlement of [Azerbaijan's] conflict with Armenia turned out to be fruitless, Assistant to Azerbaijani President, Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev said at an international "South Caucasus Development and Cooperation" conference, in Azerbaijan’s Shusha, on April 28, AzVision.az reports.
"Negotiations within the Minsk Group have not led to peace in South Caucasus for about 30 years," Hajiyev said.
He said that Azerbaijan has always aimed for a peaceful settlement and today wants to turn the page of history.
